Health and Safety
we are serious as a registered childminders we are serious about the health, safety, and welfare of all the children’s we care for , staff; parents; visitors and are required by Section 40 of the Childcare Act 2006 and the EYFS Statutory Framework Safeguarding and Welfare (Safety and Suitability of Premises, Environment and Equipment) requirements to take the necessary steps to safeguard and promote the welfare of the children we provide care for.
We regularly audit our premises to make sure they are complying, not just with the law, but also our own health and safety and food safety standards. Please see the below documents used and audited regularly to provide safe environment for the children’s we care for.
Children’s are taught the importance of health and safety including how to react in case of emergency

Every year we have our gas, electrical, lifts, and water systems checked by independent expert and tinybees have public liability insurance by Pacey (NCMA) and all the car used for pick and drop are insured for childcare.
